QEMRA legal
Third-Party Services Notice
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
WhatsApp / Meta
QEMRA integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Meta/WhatsApp controls business/account approval, templates, messaging limits, delivery, quality ratings, platform availability, restrictions and policy enforcement.
QEMRA cannot guarantee Meta approval, template approval, message delivery, account status or continued access.
Cashfree
Cashfree processes QEMRA subscription payments and recurring-payment flows. QEMRA does not store full card/payment credentials.
Payment authorization, mandate registration, bank approval, settlement and payment-network behavior may depend on Cashfree, banks, card networks, NPCI and other financial-service providers.
Vercel and Railway
QEMRA plans Vercel for the public/web frontend and Railway for the Node.js backend, realtime service and background processing. These providers are not yet connected to this local build.
Provider incidents or region availability may affect QEMRA.
MongoDB Atlas
MongoDB Atlas is the planned managed production database provider. Its connection and data migration are intentionally deferred until the remaining product and launch work is complete.
QEMRA aims to use India-region hosting for Indian customers where practical and region-appropriate configurations elsewhere as the product expands.
Resend
Resend is used for transactional emails such as verification, password reset, billing and service notices.
OpenAI
OpenAI is used for enabled AI features such as workflow generation, classification, summaries and assisted replies. AI output may be inaccurate and is subject to QEMRA safety/review controls.
PostHog
PostHog is used for product analytics and conversion/funnel measurement, subject to analytics consent where required.
Customer-enabled services
A customer may connect other third-party services. The customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
Changes
Providers may be added, replaced or removed as QEMRA evolves. Material subprocessor changes are handled under the Subprocessor List and DPA.
