This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
1. Automation tool, not a guarantee
QEMRA provides software for business messaging and automation.
QEMRA does not guarantee sales, leads, bookings, revenue, conversion, customer responses, message delivery, uninterrupted availability or any specific business result.
2. AI output
AI-generated replies, summaries, classifications, suggestions and workflows may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
Important information should be reviewed by the business before relying on it.
3. Not professional advice
Unless explicitly provided by a properly qualified professional engaged by the customer, QEMRA output is not medical advice/diagnosis, legal advice, financial/investment advice, tax advice, emergency guidance or a substitute for regulated professional judgment.
4. Third-party platforms
QEMRA depends on third-party services including Meta/WhatsApp, Cashfree, hosting, AI, database, email and analytics providers.
QEMRA cannot guarantee third-party approval, availability, delivery or policy decisions.
5. Customer content
Each customer is responsible for the truthfulness, legality and compliance of its messages, offers, contact lists, consent records, goods, services and claims.
6. Availability
Standard plans are best effort and do not include a fixed public uptime SLA unless separately agreed in an enterprise contract.
7. Applicable law
This disclaimer applies only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
