QEMRA legal
Account Deletion Policy
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
1. Before deleting
A customer may export available business data before deletion. Supported export formats may include CSV, JSON and ZIP archives for files/attachments.
2. What deletion does
Deleting the QEMRA account disables access, stops the account’s QEMRA service, triggers cancellation handling for active subscription access, schedules active account/business data for deletion, and disconnects/disables integrations as appropriate.
3. Deletion period
Account and business data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days after account deletion.
4. Backups
Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups and are normally removed by backup rotation within 30 days. Backup copies are not used for ordinary product operations.
5. Data we may retain
QEMRA may retain limited information longer where required for tax/accounting, payment disputes/chargebacks, fraud prevention, legal claims, security incidents, regulatory obligations, enforcement of opt-outs/suppression requests or other lawful purposes.
6. Business end-customer requests
An end customer who interacted with a business through QEMRA should normally request deletion from that business. QEMRA will assist the business with eligible deletion requests.
7. Inactive free accounts
A free account inactive for 12 months may be scheduled for deletion after 30 days’ notice.
8. Requesting deletion
Use account settings where available or contact noreply@qemra.vmnexa.co.in. Identity or account-control verification may be required before deletion.
