QEMRA legal
Subscription & Billing Terms
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
1. Free setup
Users may register, configure, preview and test QEMRA without paying, subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits.
A paid plan is required to activate live automation and paid features.
2. Plans and billing cycles
QEMRA may offer monthly and annual plans. Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing cycle until cancelled.
3. Prices and taxes
Displayed subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
Applicable GST or other taxes are added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
Invoices may include customer/business name, billing address, GSTIN/tax identifier where provided, plan, billing period, taxes and payment reference.
4. Messaging charges
Meta/WhatsApp messaging charges are separate from the base QEMRA subscription and are passed through at actual or clearly disclosed pass-through cost.
5. Payment-processing fees
QEMRA ordinarily absorbs Cashfree/payment-processing fees rather than adding a separate processing surcharge.
If a specific method, country or regulation requires different treatment, that charge will be disclosed before payment.
6. Recurring payment authorization
Where recurring payment methods require a mandate, authentication or consent, the customer must complete the payment-provider flow.
QEMRA does not store full card/payment credentials.
7. Failed renewal payments
If a renewal fails, QEMRA may retry payment, provide a 5-day grace period, request updated payment information, and pause live automation if the amount is still unresolved after the grace period.
8. Chargebacks and reversals
If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, QEMRA may pause the affected service while the matter is investigated, with notice where practical.
9. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
10. Refunds
There are no prorated refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by law. Limited exception-based refunds are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Price changes
QEMRA normally gives existing customers at least 30 days’ notice before a subscription price increase takes effect.
Taxes, legal changes and disclosed third-party pass-through costs may change on a different timeline where necessary.
12. Billing communications
Billing notices may be sent to the account email and through in-app notices.
